I’ve been a long-time customer of Peerless, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I brought in a pair of expensive Tommy Bahama logoed pants that I wear only once a year. The clerk openly admitted the pants were damaged by Peerless during cleaning — the pant blower locked the waist, inflated the pants, and blew out the zipper. NOT happy with my experience at ALL!! I opted to have my laundry dry-cleaned because I just had surgery and cannot lift or move things to do it myself. I used their pickup and delivery service for the first and LAST time!! Originally was told my laundry would be done in 24hrs, then told only if I wanted to pickup my laundry would it be done in 24hrs. Again, cannot pickup/move things so NOT doable. We brought some items in for dry cleaning specifically told them what we wanted done and the items were not dry cleaned in the manner that they should have been. Asked for a manager to call to discuss

I took a shirt there that had been folded me boxed before. I told them specifically NOT to box it but to put it on a hanger which they did not do.
After putting a hole in the afghan you never said you were sorry.

I have a $5 off coupon for dry cleaning. I gave this to Peerless staff with 2 rugs. I was told I could not use it because rugs are cleaned with a process that is not “dry clean”
