I got an email on 8/31 for 25% off all dry cleaning and shirts. Great gesture, but why over Labor Day and for only that day? It's like you want to be nice and get our business back but not really extending a true coupon.

Susan, I am sorry to hear about your coupon issue. I did some research the email you received. It was sent out on Wed. 8/28/19 at 6:20 pm. It is a 3-day coupon that was good for Thurs., Fri., and Sat. which we are open on those days. You also received one on 8/21/19 at 6:19 pm. I believe you will be receiving another one most likely in tonights emails. If you don't received one, please let us know. Again they are good for 3-days Thur. I was taken off Monthly billing and not told. I asked to use a different method of payment and my old card was used instead. I’ll be returning to my old cleaners.
