I got an email on 8/31 for 25% off all dry cleaning and shirts. Great gesture, but why over Labor Day and for only that day? It's like you want to be nice and get our business back but not really extending a true coupon.
I was taken off Monthly billing and not told. I asked to use a different method of payment and my old card was used instead. I’ll be returning to my old cleaners.
Rug did not come clean very disappointed.
Employees were very responsive in finding a lost item that had been given to another customer.
