The clothes looked fine. This was my first time to the dry cleaners and I took everything in on my nice hangars. When I showed up to get my clothes I walk in and the door bell rings and I stand in the lobby for five minutes and see no one. I opened and closed the door again to get the bell to ding again and someone finally decided to walk up. I took 12 items to be cleaned Wednesday for a return Friday and only got 11 items back. I was told to check backMonday. Now I have to purchase a pair of black jeans to wear to my work tonight.

I got the coat back two weeks past the time i was told. When i called to ask about it the guy said he'd call me back and never did. I got a a zipper put on. I cost $35. It is a cheap plastic zipper. And there is a hole inside jacket that wasn't there before

I think the prices are way to high and when I weng to pick up my dry cleaning they did not have change for a customer paying with cash. I would never recommend or use their services again.
