Service at this location is great. I would not be able to say the same about the location across the street. However, I have not been back there for awhile because the service was NOT great there. The service at the location near the library is great. Everyone is helpful!!

Good service, however did not like the candle smell inside the cleaners and hope it didn’t get on the clothes?

Roger, thank you for your review and comments of our Dupont location. We don't burn candles in our stores. The smell you are referring to I believe is the plug ins. It shouldn't be over powering but will look into it to make sure that they have them turned on low.
