I drop my cleaning off at your Dupont store and it was almost closing time on Wednesday evening, so I decided to use the drive up. This lovely lady came out and even though it was cold she help me with my sweaters because I was wanting to get in time for the Wednesday sale. She was so nice. Thank you for hiring her.
Customer service is exceptional. I like the drive up option. Clothes come back clean, in good order, never lost an item. Wacky Wednesday specials and 12 days of Christmas specials are much appreciated!
