Drop-off and picku[p was easy, and my sweaters were cleaned well.

My items came out very clean. I had a Christmas stocking cleaned. it was returned in a bag. It is very wrinkled. Worse than it was before I brought it to Peerless

As always Peerless the experience was excellent! I was a bit surprised though that no masks were being worn. I had mine on. Other than that, all was perfect. Masks plz!!!

Friendly staff, great reminder emails and quick turn around. My only critique would be the scented bags. It is an overpowering smell (and maybe we’re just sensitive) but I wish they would use the non scented bags.

Because of so many different allergies people have, we use all non hypo-allergenic cleaning detergents and bags. Coat looked brand new -- removed a lot of embedded cat hairs
