Employees at the Georgetown location are always kind and friendly. I brought in several sweaters this time and always request that they are hung like pants rather than shirts. This prevents the shoulders from stretching and poking up, ruining the lay and look of the sweater. This was not done on this order. It’s about a 50-50 success rate in this request. I do appreciate it when the request is met but admit, I get frustrated when it doesn’t.

Heather, we will get to the bottom of this and find out why it is not getting done EVERYTIME. If it is something you have requested, we will make sure there is a special note put on your account. We do get new employees from time to time, and things get messed up but that is no excuse. Sorry that it keeps happening but we will find out why.
