I always enjoy picking up and dropping off my dry cleaning at Owl due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff . In particular , Michelle is a very organized professional , but , at the same time , she is funny and personable . She never seems to be rushed or frazzled , and always has time for the customer . That’s a great trait for someone in a high volume , service business .
