I've used Owl for over 20 years without a complaint. They always do a great job.
I made my first trip to Owl with my Mother of the Groom gown and am very happy with the lovely job they did considering the delicate fabric and heavy beading. I think I just switched to Owl!

My experience was great! I was so happy to find Sandy! She treated my daughters gown as if it were her own! She did an awesome job and explained and showed us everything that she did. My husband and I left the cleaners so satisfied and couldn't wait to surprise our daughter with it. When we presented it to her, she cried very happy tears! Thank you Sandy, and OWL Cleaners!! Service is very quick and I am always kept up to date on progress.
I live in the South Hills, so would not normally drive up to Warrendale for my dry cleaning. But the 100 year old christening gown that I wanted to use for my first granddaughter was in need of a good cleaning. The reviews for Owl were exemplary, so I made the drive. Sandy was amazing! She showed great interest in the history of the gown, and promised to treat it with great care. And she certainly did! I am thrilled with the results and can not wait for he Baptism on Mothers Day! Thank you Owl Cleaners!
Jim the delivery person was very informative and I appreciated that he can be texted if I have any dry cleaning details to inform him.
