My only suggestion would be to return “good” hangers to customers. I had my husband’s sports coat dry cleaned. Dropped the jacket off on a Jo Banks suit hanger. I didn’t realize until I got home, but the jacket was returned to me on a wire hanger and not the one I dropped it off on. It is a minor thing, but it would be great to have clothes on original hangers returned. That said, Owl Cleaners is a great place. They do super work and are great people to do business with! Been a customer for years.

Ron does an excellent job. not a fan of the emails asking me every week what day I want a pick up. and the link does not work in order to respond. I let Ron know that every Friday is good with me unless I tell him different.

everything is great. I just miss the text messages reminding me that we had a pick up today. I was away for three weeks and did reply N to the previous text messages, so perhaps there is a default that stops sending them after a certain period. We are back

I love your friendly & competent services, but my job has gotten more casual dress and I don’t wear my suits or clothes that need dry cleaning very often anymore. I stopped using Giant Eagle because they don’t recycle hangers and I don’t like that useless waste. I have/will regularly use your seamstress/alterations service. Please keep up the good work and I will not use any other cleaner/alterations service! Thank you for the 50% off coupon.
