The owl cleaners on Rt. 8 provided me with great service. All of my shirts came folded, as requested. Alex was very efficient and told me I didn't need my ticket, as he was able to look my order up in the computer. A few days later, I opened up my email and discovered that I had earned a discount coupon. You can't beat that! And they send us emails when our order is ready, which is great. Alex is friendly, polite and a good employee.

I always enjoy picking up and dropping off my dry cleaning at Owl due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff . In particular , Michelle is a very organized professional , but , at the same time , she is funny and personable . She never seems to be rushed or frazzled , and always has time for the customer . That’s a great trait for someone in a high volume , service business .
