I have used Organicare for a few years on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, I feel like quality has diminished. Shirts are overstretched and stretched out. Bummer you changed your secret sauce.
I am always impressed with how my clothes look. And the staff is always friendly & efficient. I do miss the email reminders!
Drove 2500 miles to live in Phoenix . First round of dry cleaning was ready for pick up for my wife’s new job. (I chose your business for being green) The entire lot was ‘misplaced’. There was NO WAY I could return home without her clothes...Mattie and Brad could not have been more helpful. It took some time but everything was located and they did a great job. Thank you for allowing me to go home again and with her clothes looking perfect for her new position. Be back soon

Used to be great experience, now good. Attention to detail has declined over the past few months. Everything is okay but it used to be much better. Not sure why it changed. Parking lot is congested with laundry trucks and customer lobby and entryway often crowded with clothes racks. My dress shirts are done great but I prefer a better client experience overall.
I have used OrganicCare exclusively for my dry cleaning and laundering needs for over a year, and had only the best customer-oriented experience. Brad Keeling has always been extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I have had.

Everything good although sometimes the pickup does not occur per schedule and I need to ask again.
