This was my first visit. When I brought in my lcomforter to be laundered. The people were not friendly at all. Or very welcoming. I had questions and felt like no one had the time to answer them or respond to my pointing out a couple of soiled areas. I had questions on how it would be washed , as I was told over phone that the tag on comforter woeild be followed as far as how to wash it. Horrible. Will never be back. Treated rudely at drop off… treated rudely again at pick up. Mediocre cleaning service, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. No masks at all. No concern or appreciation for customers…? It was like they were super bummed to see me walk in both times… they don’t want me there… that’s apparent… they obviously don’t want to be there, so either do I …!

More expensive than others. And did not have all of my shirts on the day promised. And act like it’s just fine that I have to come back the next day. Like my time and my gas expense are of no matter.
