Quality was great, customer service was great but pricing is high. $11 for a blouse is a lot.

What I liked is you gave me a realistic date whe my pants would be ready and then notified me when it was ready. I didn’t like that pressing my pants was the same price as cleaning and pressing. In general you do a superior job on my clothes. Thank you

My mother of the groom gown needed special cleaning. It’s looking better now and is packaged better than when it was new. There was a concern about the beading coming off, but they didn’t!
