I had my wedding dress cleaned after an outdoor wedding and a red wine spill; a very full ball gown with lots of layers. The outer layer (heavy silk) looks clean and it’s all well pressed, and I appreciate the bust form. However there’s still quite a lot of dark dirt on the underneath layers of tulle and liner. I understand not all stains will come out, but I’m fairly sure this is “just” dirt, and for $300 you have high expectations. Otherwise the cleaning was quick turn around and I appreciated the email/text updates.
