For over 20 years we have come to rely on you. Your staff is professional and courteous and always responds to our needs. I recently had to fly to Boston for a cousin's funeral. I needed a suit cleaned and pressed and a few shirts laundered. You said they would be ready the next day by noon. That would allowing me to pack them for an early flight the next day.
