The quality of service and the service experience is great but the other day I brought 9 white shirts and 1blue shirt that I use just for work. I expected them to be laundry with lite starch, but I was told that some had to be dry cleaned and the final bill was $102.00 dollars. I was shocked and there was little explanations concerning why it cost so much for just 10 laundry shirts… I have brought suites and pants and shirts in and it didn’t cost that much. I’m still confused….
Always great cleaning a with a very handy pick up and delivery service ! Or driver is so pleasant and courteous !

Good customer service program.. Never always on time.. We miss the Tailoring Service and would like it restored

Pick up and delivery were exactly as scheduled. Laundry arrived in excellent condition. When I have an opportunity will look at articles cleaned but appear well done.

I called late afternoon on a Thursday to see if I dropped off a dress for cleaning when could I possibly pick the dress up. Penny asked when did I need the dress? I told her on Monday my event would be on Wednesday. She said I could get the dress on Tuesday. I dropped my dress off before 6 PM the same Thursday.
