Exceptional service and quality of my pressed shirts.
I got my daughter's wedding dress cleaned and boxed. The service was great; but the dress came in a couple of weeks later than I was told. I drove over to the cleaners to pick it up and they told me that it would be delayed and they would call me when it was ready. I believe it was about 2 weeks later. Also, when I picked up the dress I asked the girl how I could look at it and she said just cut the tape at the ends of the box and open the flap and you should be able to see it. Destiny was wonderful!! She looked at the spot on the silk charmuese fabric and was confident that it could be removed. Since this was a wedding dress (although unusual) she expressed concern and made me feel soooo better about having the dress cleaned. She assured me it would be dried flat. She even put it in her office until time to clean it. When I picked it up I was extremely happy at the results of the cleaning and pressing! I will definitely use NuTone again.
