The employee greeted me as soon as I walked in the door (no waiting)….she clearly asked me if a certain date would be ok for me to pick up and printed a receipt. When I picked up my laundry, a polite, professional employee greeted me immediately and my laundry was cleaned and looked great! I love the seasonal decorations too…..an American privilege!
