You treat me like a friend!
Me n my fiance took his clothes to be dry cleaned n starched...Had to return cause some of the items were not starched right..So we return a 2bd time at this time we have 19 pieces of clothing to be starched also had a shirt yo be alterred n pressed...He paid over 100.00 and shirt was not altered n pants were not starched...We are very dis satisfied ! N will not return for buisness...We will be filing a complaint with better buisness bureau
Very disappointed. Took curtains to have hemmed...a few were the correct length others were either too short or too long Or uneven. The cost was expensive and would have been worth it had the curtains been hemmed professionally.
First time using you guys and it was a very horrible experiences. I took in some of my boss clothes and we were very disappointed. I will not ever use your services again.
Pocket flaps were pressed over buttons and ruined 5 sets of uniforms . Worker just denied any wrong doing and didn't offer to make amends or apologies.
When I dropped off my dry cleaning as a new customer, an employee told me the prices per piece are around $2. When I picked up my dry cleaning the average price per piece was around $7.50. I had no choice but to pay the crazy high price that I didn't agree to when I dropped off my clothes. The clothes were very well dry-cleaned, so I can't complain about the service.
Alteration that you said you could do. Week later, drive back for second time, pay, nothing done yet. Same day, after 5, called back bc you can’t fix them, refund money and pu item. Week later and two weeks later your emailing me twice to say I need to pay and pu item??? Three trips for nothing. No plans to return
I moved to Waco from San Antonio, and when I asked my new friends about dry cleaners, NuTone was one of the top three. I need a good dry cleaner, but I'm on a tight budget. So I looked online for a coupon, but could only find an expired one for new customers. I took it in with my cleaning. The girls in the shop said they couldn't honor it, but if I registered my email, I would receive a coupon that I could use when I picked up my cleaning.
