I have used several cleaners in the past not one I have used is comparable to Nutone. I would like to say that Destiny at the Lake Air location does an amazing job. I can walk in and no questions asked she always has a smile on her face and very,very professional. I have always heard about the Valet service they offer I walked in to Lake Air and buy the time I left Destiny had me on valet. I really enjoy the pickup/dropoff service you provide to my work. I stay pretty busy and this service helps me keep those few extra minutes that I need to be doing something else instead of worrying about my cleaning.
I do not know about the other locations, but the morning girl at the Robinson store is a real gem. You are lucky to have her there.. always available and on top of all situations. Lose her and you might lose business. Very good cleaners and I like being offered two blue bags. Have a lot of cleaning.
Mary (the employee at the Robinson location) is always helpful and friendly. The quality of the dry cleaning is very good and the turnaround time fast.
The woman who was there when I dropped off my clothes was so friendly and pleasant! They did a great job with all 20 of my items to be pressed. When I went to pick up my clothes early in the morning the lady was almost rude, but she was fast for me and that was what I needed at the time so it worked out alright. I am very satisfied with the quality!
2nd time having my comforter cleaned, they did an awesome job for a low price. Was skeptical at first but now they definitely have my business, will be taking my comforter there everytime now. Thanks and keep up the great work!
