Please do not use CRDN for any of your restoration warehouse or cleaning services. Take it for me, I’m a month and a half behind schedule, (incident happened in Feb, restoration service finished on time in May, CRDN didn’t return items until June 11th) invoices were wrong that were sent to insurance I had to have them corrected and sent again, and made it almost a part-time job to hold their hand and check on them weekly if not daily to follow up on progress. If your clothes are of any value to you, DO NOT take your items to NuYale. HIGH RISK of ruining your clothes, being OVERCHARGED, and left with IRREPARABLE DAMAGE. Also, don't expect friendly customer service for any issues. I was* a well established and frequent customer of this facility. I took my brand new couture dress to them for dry cleaning (as instructed on the dress care per the manufacturer) & received a ruined, irreparable dress in return. I was not pleased with my “doily”! It cost $9.47 to press a 1’x4’ lacy doily... I thought that was outrageous!
