Oftentimes an expensive sweater comes home from a dry cleaner "worn out", like it's been scrubbed over and over with a bristle brush - not at my NuYale, it looks brand new!
2 of 5 shirts had wrinkles and either no starch or lite starch. I asked for heavy starch. I could have gotten over the starch issue, but wrinkles were a big deal to me.
