My experience was certainly one that was not normal. And I mean that with high compliments. Upon arrival, I announced that it was my first visit. Not only did Tracy welcome me, she took time to explain other services available, and store hours. After giving her contact info, she told me clothes would be ready, and after picking them up, I'm ready to get more garments cleaned. Keep up the good customer relationships, and service. Nice to know it still exists.
First off, as always the staff at the Grinstead location deserve a five star rating. They are always courteous and helpful. The three star rating is due to the Nu-Yale system. Nu-Yale has misplaced ( a nice way of saying lost) a total of three items these last two years. On only one occasion did we notice in time to make a claim which we did. Didn't come out just right with a tough stain. They took ownership and got it right. Looks great.

Good to hear. Stain removal is tricky and takes lot of years of skill to get good at it. Our spotter has been with us over 10 years and completed multiple industry dry cleaning and stain removal coursework. It's just another detail that helps separate us from an average dry cleaner.
