One of my shirts still had collar stains after the fact. It would've been nice to get a note that it couldn't be fixed if that was the case. Also I didn't get a price estimate at the beginning.

Hi Rakesh, Thanks for your feedback. You can send the shirt in for a redo for us to try and work on the collar. It might have slipped by our inspector that day. If it is a perspiration stain on the collar, aka "ring around the collar," sometimes they have been set too long without proper cleanings and make it difficult to remove. Its best to clean shirts after each wear to prevent this. ~Nu-Yale Cleaners

Had a simple shoe repair. Other cobblers said that it would be too expensive. I went to Nu Yale and Kelly was most friendly and wrote up a ticket just as I explained. The shoes were ready within a week and I was notified via email. Got a thank you note from the manager but most importantly, the shoes were fixed for $7.00 something. I'll be back.
The staff was really friendly and offered great advice on how to submit garments for stain removal.. service was prompt! overall great job guys
Drop off and pick up were easy. The clothes were ready to be picked up the following day and seemed to have been cleaned and pressed nicely. I like the fact that pick up and drop off service is available from your home and definitely plan to take advantage of that.
