Timely delivery. Clothes cleaned and pressed nicely. Very satisfied.
Dependable
Most of the sheets were ok, however, the way items are folded is so sloppy that it often messes up the pressing. Four pillowcases were so wrinkled I am going to ask Debbie for a refund. They packaged 12 or 13 pillowcases into one zipper bag so, again, they wind up being extremely wrinkled when unpacked.
Good experience. Took shoes in and I had gotten resoled. The heel came loose. They redid at no cost and I was pleased.
Love Buddy. He's reliable and nice. The cleaners did a great job with the clothes as well.
I wear shirts with button down collars. I have my shirts folded by you which might be a little out of the ordinary but quite often when I get them the collar buttons are broken. It might have something to do with the special way you have to treat them when folding them but perhaps you could look into the process to see if there's room for improvement?
Very happy with quality of service provided by Nu-Yale.
Delivery is always good. I just wish I had an email that reminded me the days you all come because I ALWAYS forget to put things out. My fault, not yours.
