I can't say enough about the awesome customer service I have grown accustomed to with Nu-Yale. I've been taking my dry cleaning here for years and have always been very pleased with the product and service. Yesterday they (Brandon) raised the bar to an entirely new level. He went above and beyond to help ensure I was taken care of. Thank you to Brandon and the Jeffersonville location for always putting customers first.

I have pick up and delivery service but I am confused. I live at the Harbours in Jeffersonville. I would like to know what days you pick up our stuff? Twice now, I have put stuff in the closet downstairs and when I go to see if it is back, it is still there waiting to get picked up!! I understood it was Mon and Thursday. Pls clarify. Thanks.
