Excellent work, as always! The pockets didn't get cleaned out, but that was no problem, I was able to brush them out when I got home.
Tracy is always pleasant & efficient. She does a wonderful job greeting customers & multitasking when store is busy.

Shirts always look great. I did like it better when you were using the "clips" on the sleeves (folding on the front of the shirts) the last few visits those were not used. I was bringing my table cloths and napkins from my business for you all to clean, the last 2 batches that we got back, had several ( about 1/3) that were extremely shrunk and several still had oil stains. So we have a new service, BUT...........on clothes you all are the best ! And Tracy is awesome, always so pleasant.
I was very impressed! My clothes looked much crisper than after I received them back from some of the other dry cleaners that I have used in Louisville since I moved here two years ago.
