Customer service is excellent and it is so easy to use Nu-Yale for my dry cleaning needs. My billing is monthly and it is automatically charged to my designated credit card. They send email reminders for when the driver will pick up my bag (from my house) and email confirmations when my clothes have been re-delivered. Couldn’t be any easier!
New customer. Personnel was friendly, took good care of me, answered my questions and made me feel welcome. I think this was most important comment on my “experience.” In reflection, I would have liked various basic costs of cleaning to have been openly available. Admittedly, I could have asked.
You did a good job . Good customer serice . One thing I did not get was a notification when items were returned . Other than that everything was ok .
