I’ve been a regular customer at Nu Yale on Grinstead Drive for many years. The staff are courteous and efficient and greatly enhance the business. Even if there is a problem with an order, the staff attitude towards customers remains consistent. In my view, this is the true mark of a great business.

I dropped off clothes for first time. I got impression that my business was important and valued. I also like the email telling me when my clothes are ready.
The girl at NuYale is always nice and pleasant to come to......she slways remembers my name and shes up to date on your clothes
I love the home pick up and delivery but find the app confusing to use. When I started with NuYale they said the driver will stop by every Tues. and Fri., no matter what--and he did at first. But now he doesn't stop by unless I text him... In his defense, I'm out of town a lot and don't always have drying cleaning to pick up. Should I be using the app instead?

All was good except from time to time my pants have an extra crease when they are not out in a hanger carefully.
The ladies are super nice and act like they really ant to be there. They are the reason I come back. Not sure if their names but they are a mother and daughter. They anticipate my arrival. As for the actual product. You guys have a problem getting ring around the collar out. The ladies are great.
Nu-Yale has always been prompt with their pick-ups and deliveries. We consider them reasonable in price, and every employee we have talked with has been friendly and professional. We would never use anyone else.
