hi, i already sent you an email through your website on how i felt about not being able to use the discount coupon you sent me for "outwear" dropoff. i felt that outwear should include the scarves that i dropped off, and was told it only pertained to coats? i never heard back after i sent the email.. in this instance i give 2 stars, but normally am very happy with your service. i only wish to receive coupons that are valid as they are stated.

I have not had an issue with the services provided. It has always been "seamless".
You never let me down. And I do like your delivery service through Home Style Laundry and your email reminder service, because I get busy and forget to stop by and pick up. Your repair people are also great. So, all in all, I am a happy customer.
I'm impressed that I can drop something off in the morning and pick it up at RR ave that evening. I'd like to get a text message when my clothes are ready though, that is what is missing currently.

Thank you for the suggestion. We are working with our database company to successfully send notifications for customers at our Railroad Ave. location. Notifications are being sent through East Gloucester and Manchester. The afterhours pick up has made the programming slightly more complicated. We are hoping to have it resolved soon.
