My items were sweet-smelling - no poisonous chemicals - as always. Great on-time service by pleasant workers is always welcome. There was an error related to a coupon, but two people took care of it in minutes. I'd recommend Nor'east over traditional cleaners any day. Thanks!

You do a great job and are very efficient. My only wish is that you would not use so many paper bags for folded shirts. You used to put at least four shirts in a paper bag but yesterday we received four bags for eight shirts, I believe. Two per bag. That seems wasteful to me. Save trees and the environment. Thanks for asking.
