Sometimes the real value of a business is discovered when something doesn't go right and a customer gets to see how the business is going to handle an error or issue. That has been my personal experience and I am happy to say that, although things started off a little rocky with Nor'east Cleaners, I am very happy and satisfied with thw service I have been getting from this business.

Item was not ready when told it would be (6 days later). Went to pick it up and Cleaners they had no Status of where item was or when it would be available. Was told to call back in the morning. Called twice the following morning (9 AM and 10 AM) and it went straight to voicemail both times. I left a message (both times) and no one called back. Finally had to go to the cleaners directly and item was available.
