I had a top taken in and fixed. The price was lower than quoted and the quality was great.
Customer service has declined in recent years. Never greeted with a sincere "hello". It's as if I am bother them or asking them to do something out of the ordinary. I just find the staff at the Manchester store rude.
My suits were clean and ready ahead of schedule (even though I wasn't available to pick them up yet). They even have a working, contactless payment system in place, which let me check-out with a tap of my watch, which is always cool.
As a new customer, I continue to be impressed with the helpfulness of our very friendly staff and the overall professionalism of your service. Thanks!!

friends: everything is fine, but the prices make me think more than twice before I bring anything in. I get dress shirts heavy starch on hangers. I do sport jackets and dress pants. Nothing else. Prices for shirts, pants and jackets have become very high. Quality is tops. Regards

I sent in pant and shirts. I was surprised my pants were not actually cleaned they were just pressed. I have an iron too. Was expecting then to be laundered for what the bill was. Am I not requesting the right order? Doesn't all clothing go to the cleaners to be cleaned? Please let me know. Shirts came out good and customer services was good with the pick up planning. Just surprised about all my pants. Bonnie
