Excellent service, usually by pick up, and good results on everything sent to be laundered or cleaned.
I love Nor'east Clearners. It's so simple and easy. I used to pull into my driveway and swear because I forgot to stop by the cleaners, but now that never happens. Great service and my clothes are always perfect. I just sent a coat that needs repairing and I'm sure it will be done correctly. Thank you,

Having Nor'East Cleaners has been simply wonderful. Not only are the pick ups convenient for a busy life, they take good care of the clothes you entrust to them.
For the most part good. Very consistent delivery service which I appreciate. I am concerned about your process to clean shirts. I am very surprised at the number of buttons you need to be replaced. I just got my shirts back and had sent in two new shirts, never worn, to be laundered. One of them came back with a tag that indicated that you had replaced a button. Not sure why that would be necessary on a brand new shirt, other than the way it was handled at your end. Not the first issue I have had...
