Had been emailed that comforter was ready to be picked up. Drove up from Salem without calling first, but comforter had mistakenly been sent to another location. I don’t mind driving to Manchester from Salem, but it was disappointing that the item was not available to pick up.
Not that good. Brought in a UGG fleece comforter to be dry cleaned. Yes it’s clean but there was a lot of pilling Around the edges of it which I pointed out to the associate. I still had to wind up removing those after I got it home from Cleaner’s.
Very kind, friendly customer service!
