They text to tell you your jacket and clothes are ready for pick up and then when you get there the surly miserable front desk girl says your stuff isn’t ready.
Horrible. Ruined favorite clothes. Don't take anything here that has buttons or adornments. They don't own up to that they caused any problems nor reimburse loss. We also had a bad stitching job done through them.

I use all the dry cleaners in town. I'm pleased with the convenience of each store. I appreciate local businesses and do as much business with local businesses as I am able. Nor'East Dry Cleaners is always ahead of schedule. 😎
Have lost things of mine and ruined two of my scarfs and they claim to have a 24/7 valet but don't and I forgot no customer service at all
I wouldn't trust my clothes with anyone else!! When we spend a lot of money on new things we want them to last as long as possible.
