Thank you for the excellent customer service at NorEast Cleaners. I know I can count on my items being handled with care and consistent quality service.
Very good experience, I bring a lot in to be dry cleaned during the summer. The service is prompt and efficient. One little issue I have: Occasionally a top is not ironed as well as I would like, and sweaters in general are folded, then hung over a hanger so they are always creased when I take them off. Since my main reason for dry-cleaning is the fact that I hate to iron, it's a little disappointing when I do end up having to iron something after I paid for dry cleaning.
