My only concern is that you apparently do not check for collar stays in shirts - and your staff said - on the occasion when the collar stay had fused to the shirt: "Oh, no, we don't check for that." Hmmm...why not? that ruined a shirt.

The only complaint I have is that pant creases are not pressed all the way to their tops, particularly on pleated trousers.

I only have great things to say about Nor'easter cleaners! They have not only meet all my dry cleaning needs, but have gone above and beyond what they are expected to do on several occasions. The best part of Nor'east cleaners in my opinion is the driver Gary. He is so sweet and kind. 9 out of 10 times when pulls into my driveway he has to deal with my dog who is obnoxious to say the least, Gary somehow always wards him off and greets me with a smile in the process, thanks Gary;)
Completely satisfied.
I was very pleased with my experience. I had a new zipper put in a leather coat. As long as the zipper lasts, I am happy.
