At Nor'East they are always pleasant. My clothes are ready when they say will be, and if there is a problem getting out a stain, I receive an explanation. I am really pleased with them.
Quality of service is exemplary, cleaning and pressing is excellent. Dry cleaning is ready early 99% of the time. Keep up the great work!
Amazing!! Talked to three cleaners in my neighborhood. One was going out of business and the other two took cash only. You are so far ahead of your competition it isn't fair. The driver is so friendly. You guys are awesome!!

Order was going to be picked up Thursday after 4 but called Wednesday cause my son needed something for school Thursday morning. Called cleaners and it was ready for pick up a day early.
Professional "State of the art" as far as communication......emailing when item/items are completed. Your interest in my/customers feedback. Personable employee.......have only dealt with one at the moment. "Curb appeal" Clean :)
Wonderful, friendly, professional service. Love that I got an email notification telling me my clothes were ready one day early. Super prompt and efficient. And my clothes look great. My only complaint are the prices! $56 for 4 pieces is more than I've ever paid anywhere (including NYC).
