We were in a tight pinch but even at last minute Nor’East sewed a sleeve cuff for free. Beyond expectations.

Easy drop off and pick up but dress zipper got damaged by steam and it doesn’t work like it did before cleaning.

I have never experienced better customer service. The staff is terrific, and very competent. I brought in 5 sweaters for dry cleaning; when I went to pick- up sweaters , one was not there. The entire staff, including the manager, jumped in to problem solving mode. The sweater was found before nightfall. But the manager gave me credit for the order... the whole order...apologizing profusely for causing me an extra trip.
