I just moved to Manchester-by-the-Sea and needed to choose a cleaner. And ... wow ... just wow. They have exceeded my expectations with their level of communication in store, through text, e-mail, as well as personal follow-ups. Oh, and they get my clothes clean as well but the peace of mind knowing they will communicate effectively with me is a huge perk I was not expecting.

Came in to pickup articles , down coat & pair wool mittens. Gave young woman my slip for dry cleaning pickup, she went out back, was gone for awhile, came back, to check on my name which was clearly written on top of slip. Went out back again, was again gone for awhile, returned explaining that the items where filed under my first name vs my last name. I chuckled a little stating that is not uncommon or unusual. We found our communications with Nor'east to be clear and helpful. It was nice to be able to track the progress of our comforter. It was handed over to us neatly folded in a clear zippered plastic pack. It looks so beautiful It's hard to restrain ourselves from opening it up. That will have to wait till cooler weather!
Our pick ups and deliveries were picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. Everyone was helpful and kind.
