Wow, a small business that "gets" customer service. On top of that, the actual dry cleaning was great. I've never had an option to have my dress shirts folded to make my packing for business travel easier. Definitely the best dry cleaner I've ever used. My only complaint... because their equipment is not onsite, turnaround can be a few days. I wish they had an expedited service (ideally same day if dropped off by a certain time) since a few day turn can make cleaning tricky when you travel a lot.
It was fabulous job, my blanket felt so clean.

My experience with New Albany Cleaners was great! As a first time customer, getting set up was easy and the service was fast. The staff was very nice and I could tell they cared about me having a good experience. When my vest came back not completely clean they offered to redo it free of charge. Over all, I was very satisfied with New Albany Cleaners and will definitely use their services again.
when I drop my item the person did helped me was very kind and knowledgable, when I was picking up my item ther was another person front of me whic she was dropping so many items since she was knowing her process was going be longer, she nicely mentioned this to current customer on the line and she asked me if she could complete my transaction firts that was nice did not make me wait there.
