I took my daughter's wedding gown to New Albany Cleaners to be cleaned and preserved and they did an excellent job. The lady that took the dress in, can't think of her name right now, think it was "Tracy??" ....anyway, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She even called me on the phone to update me about some things. I had an excellent experience there.
