The dress came smashed against the packaging.
Very fast, I was inpressed. They notified me when they recieved my gown, when they were finished and then sent all the tracking info. It took a week and a half tops. They did a great job. My dress looks beautiful!!!
I got married more than two years ago. Memories gown preservation took my gown no questions asked cleaned it and returned it looking spotless. They kept me updated on my gown's status and the box from them arrived on the day they told me it would. I am extremely pleased!
My dress made it to Memories and back very quickly! It is beautiful, my veil looks better than it did on my wedding day. I know my dress will be gorgeous when we take it out of the box in 20 years for my little girl to wear.
The dress looks great but my sash was put on crooked and I wish they would have taken the time to fix it before they sealed it.
When I was first notified of the shipment, my house number and city were incorrect. I called and left a message and received a return call within 5 minutes and was assured that this would be corrected. She told me that the system was down; however she would call the shipper and have this information changed. I received the gown one day later and was very happy with the service. I would recommend your company and really appreciate the service I received.
