The gown was beautiful and a lot more was visible than we thought we would be able to see. We added the personalization and it looks wonderful!
Everything was simple from start to finish- form to fill out for cleaning, mailing, mailing instructions, box to mail my dress back in. Email confirmation when my dress was received, email sent when my dress was done being cleaned and was being sent back to me. Perfect from start to finish. THANK YOU!!

I loved my dress. U did a great jpn
good although i wasnt thrilled about the David's bridal ribbon inside the box on the waist of my dress. i would have preferred on a corner. the video was helpful to see how it was sealed i wasnt sure if i was double sealed and suppose to remove the top cinched plastic.
