Initially I did not like the way my dress and accessories was placed inside of the box. I wrote a review how unhappy I was about it being that I couldn't open the box. Memories contacted me about my review paid for me to reship my box back to them so that they can put my dress and accessories in the way I wanted, my box was sent back to me and I love how everything is nice and nearly tucked in the window so that I could see everything now. I'm very satisfied with the service, and everything was done so quickly.

The process was so easy...at first I was a little nervous about sending my Beautiful hug dress but they made everything so smooth! Oh and did I mention they were able bring my dress back to LIFE.... ALLthe yellow spots are GONE!!!🤗🤗 It's back BEAUTIFUL and White again!! Thank you all for saving my Dress!!
I was scared to death about send my dress out. But I sent my dress to have it cleaned and preserved. Shipping time said it would take 4 to 6 weeks and I got it back in 2 weeks. It looks so beautiful in the customized boxes. But the bottom of my dress was really fluffy I'm not sure if the whole dress is even in the box and that is a little scary to me. Maybe the box was somehow vaccum sealed?
I recieved my gown very fast and it looks beautiful in the box. I am very satisfied!
