When I dropped off yesterday, I expected them to be ready on Monday, and that was correct. But the clerk would have done better by saying, “Those will be ready on Monday,” rather than what she did say, “We won’t have those ready until Monday.” Same message, but totally different experience.
Very courteous and your service kept me informed by email when the clothes were ready to be picked up. I was very happy with your service.
