My blanket was cleaned very well. I have two issues, however. I feel the price of cleaning my queen size blanket, just over $32, was a bit much. I'm going to check around and see what it would have cost at other local cleaners. Also, when I paid, the young man checking me out automatically sent me an email receipt without asking my preference. As it happens, I prefer a paper receipt. I think it would have been better to have offered me the choice instead of assuming what I wanted.
The whole experience was easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. And the area rug I had cleaned looked like new.
My dry cleaner refused to dry clean this dress because the material was too fragile but with pics coming up, I wanted the wrinkles out and tag said no ironing. You got the wrinkles out and it looks fabulous! Thank you!
