My experience with your young staff was great. They are quite pleasant. Some shirts had pressed wrinkles into them may bring them back expected more based on the cost. Overall great.
I appreciated on promised time turn around. I liked the email notification. Quick and responsive at drop off and pick up. She gave me the price sheet at drop off. I would consider it a better practice to tell me what the exact cost would be at pick up
I had a stain on my shirt that didn't come out. It might not be able to be removed. But other than that, everything was great.
I had 3 wool jackets cleaned. Excellent job! They are clean, soft, and I like that you use "green" cleaners. I will definitely be back!
Great service
The service was excellent. My only suggestion is with the signage. It would be great to have something pointing customers to the back entrance for service Thank you!
The Wakefield location was amazing. They preserved my wedding dress (which is expensive to do), and made sure to tell me about the $25 coupon I could get if I filled out the application online. It was done in no time and the lady was very helpful and friendly.
Desk staff was great. I like the email notification. One brand new shirt came back with marks on the back, otherwise I would have rated higher.
Staff was nice and accomodated my requests. Got clothes back same day too when I was told it would be next day after 5:00. Very nice!
