When I brought the comforter over the initial promise date was 4/15, I asked if it could be done any sooner as it was for our granddaughter’s bed and immediately she said they would get it back as soon as possible but not later than 4/13. I then got a notice that it was done and could be picked up 4/11!!! I came over that Fri PM and realized that you all were closed fro Good Friday. It was an easy & pleasant experience to arrange pick/up & the wuality of dry cleaning is always good!
Reliable, friendly quality service.
I dropped off 7 items to be dry cleaned (at Wakefield location), however, upon arrival, there were only 6 items. I had to wait for my 7th item to be found. This was not the first time an article of clothing was not accounted for. My trust level with Medlin-Davis is declining. -Tracie Wake Forest, NC
